Software Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing

Anduril Maritime delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects in the maritime domain. Our autonomous vehicles (sub-surface and surface) are the cornerstone of these capabilities, and we continually strive to push the boundaries of the possible in terms of endurance, autonomy and mission capability. The Maritime team develops and maintains core products and payloads, and adapts and applies those products to serve a wide variety of defense, IC and commercial customers in US and international markets.

You will oversee and manage various projects within the Deck Plate team. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are on track, and that deliverables meet the required standards. The candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to drive project success from inception to delivery.

• Project Management:
  Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Agile Practices:
  Implement and promote Agile methodologies to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment.

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably with software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• A genius with JIRA.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Technical background in software engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Dev Ops principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

US Salary Range: $191,000 – $253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
