We are seeking a passionate, highly organized, and experienced consultant to provide expert services in strategic workforce planning, talent management, talent development, change management, culture building, and employee engagement.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support talent development for all areas of the organization in partnership with ET&D and business leaders to build a pipeline for ACE leadership positions.
  • Project‑manage OD initiatives by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment for successful delivery.
  • Program‑manage emerging leaders programs and other cohort‑style talent development initiatives across the organization.
  • Measure the effectiveness of Talent Development programs, systems, tools and procedures; review and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Provide consultation and support for the high potential program, including identification of talent and development processes.
  • Work closely with ET&D and HR colleagues to build technology solutions that streamline employee and manager tasks in performance management, career development, and other key development activities.
  • Produce program materials including presentations, orientations, trainings, volunteer manuals and outreach materials.
  • Track, analyze, compile and manage reporting data and forecasting from a variety of sources and formats.
  • Manage ongoing process and program evaluation and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Enable successful change and act as a change agent/champion to bring the workforce to the desired future state and sustain adoption.
  • Understand business priorities and strategies and support the design and evolution of the organization’s operating model, roles, responsibilities, and processes.
  • Design, develop and implement OD solutions – programs, playbooks, interventions, role mandates – aligned with HR and business strategies to address critical gaps.
  • Develop methods for measuring effectiveness of all programs that support OD work; collect data, track progress, report on trends, and recommend actions.
  • Use research, reporting and analytics tools to drive strategic conversations, identify opportunities and implement high‑impact OD solutions.
  • Apply project management skills to facilitate complex work, maintain stakeholder alignment, and develop project schedules, plans, and timelines.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Frequent travel for up to two weeks at a time.
Qualifications
  • B.A. in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Communication or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources Business Partner roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a broader team.
  • Initiative, independent judgment, flexibility, discretion, and solid decision‑making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across broad stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience recruiting, directing, leading, and managing volunteers.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and executive presentations.
  • Ability to establish clear goals, lead with accountability, manage through ambiguity, and drive results.
  • Committed to applying principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • 5 years of expertise in talent development methods and implementation of development solutions.
  • Experience working with C‑suite executives on executive development, succession, and learning solutions.
  • Trusted advisor within the talent space to support key talent and learning programs.
  • High innovation, creativity, and resourcefulness; proactive “doer” at the highest level.
  • Advanced facilitation skills and subject‑matter expertise for mentoring and upskilling HR and cross‑functional staff.
  • Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
