• Deliver Employee Relations consulting services to designated client groups on standard to complex ER matters
• Investigate internal employee complaints and recommend solutions to management based on company policies
• Consult and coach managers on performance management best practices and employee misconduct issues
• Support HRBP and managers with position elimination activities and change management efforts
• Utilize Case Management tools to document and manage ER matters and investigations

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or a related area
• 2-4 years of progressive ER or HR Generalist experience
• Superior diagnostic and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and project management skills

• PHR or SPHR designation preferred
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred
