The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring Suite Attendant at Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge in Costa Mesa, California. The Suite Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service within a premium suite environment. This role includes high-quality food and beverage service including bartending duties while ensuring suite presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The Suite Attendant works collaboratively with culinary, bar, and operations teams to create a seamless and memorable hospitality experience for all suite guests.
Pay$28.00 – $29.00 / hour

What will you do?- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to suite guests in a professional, responsible manner.
- Set up and break down in‑suite bars, ensuring all liquor, beer, wine, and mixers are properly stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area throughout the event.
- Accurately track, monitor, and report all beverage usage and inventory.
- Provide courteous and attentive food and beverage service to all suite guests.
- Set up, maintain, and refresh food displays during events to meet presentation standards.
- Ensure the suite remains clean, orderly, and fully stocked before, during, and after events.
- Communicate guest needs or special requests to culinary and operations teams promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- Must hold a valid alcohol service certification.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
