Speech Language Pathologist at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shift.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and consultative supervision of the Speech Pathology Practice Manager, this Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Speech Pathology services, including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, treatment implementation, and discharge planning to transition the patient toward maximum independence.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Graduate of an accredited Program in Communicative Disorders. Or Degree:
Comparable education (must be ASHA approved). - Coursework/Training and Registration for the Clinical Fellowship Year. Or Clinical Fellowship Year:
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. - Upon hire:
California Speech Language Pathologist License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association At least 300 clock hours in providing direct patient care. Internships are acceptable to meet this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in any capacity in an acute care or rehab hospital.
- Experience in neuro-rehabilitation, dysphagia.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
