This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week with flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered, ideally in Pacific or Mountain time zones. As the Clinical Pharmacy Account Director, you will build client relationships, respond to inquiries, ensure timely delivery of reports, and lead discussions between business units and clients. You will provide ongoing support, manage ad‑hoc requests, and partner with key stakeholders for effective collaboration. Responsibilities include analyzing client data, identifying trends and gaps, and supporting commercial as well as Medicare business.
How You Will Make an Impact- Execute strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to decision makers and support the sales team during RFP processes.
- Assist in developing recommendations for savings and revenue opportunities.
- Assist in implementing new programs to meet strategic goals.
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience- A Pharm
D and active Pharmacy license in any state. - Proven clinical account management experience in pharmacy.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision‑making, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability.
- Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary range for this specific position is $146,076 to $250,416. Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contribution.
