Overview
Senior Business Solutions Manager, Team Lead at Ultimate Staffing – Patient Account Specialist for a Medical office in Newport Beach. This role is long term temp, with the possibility to go temp-hire. Must have Multi-Specialty Surgery Center experience. It is an in-office role.
Base pay$26.00/hr
Responsibilities- Accurate and timely payment posting of insurance and patient payments
- Keeps Daily Deposit Log up to date
- Communicates any payor issues to the collections department
- Answers incoming calls regarding patient payments
- Works closely with other departments and groups to resolve issues and exceed client service expectations
- Verifies insurance in a timely manner for all necessary cases
- Responsible for accurate billing data entry
- Experience working in a Medical office
- Experience with Medical Insurance
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
