Schedule:
- Shift: Day, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday
- Duration: 14 weeks
- Front office registration duties, including patient check-in/check-out
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Work within the Next Gen documentation system for administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day operations of the family practice clinic
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a medical assistant role (front office experience preferred)
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Familiarity with Next Gen documentation system and Greater Newport Physicians preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- $23.00/hour
- Overtime:
After 12 hours/day and 60 hours/week
