!

Our client is one of the nation's leading mortgage lenders with a proven track record of success and is now hiring to help grow in ORANGE COUNTY
* Company paid licensing, continuing education and annual state/NMLS renewals!

MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!

This exciting position within the mortgage lending industry will challenge your sales abilities and deliver substantial financial rewards. Candidates will need to have interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills with a desire to work in a team environment.

7 + Live (DAILY) Transfers from our own CSR Teams – “Exclusive Leads”

• Hourly wages plus commissions. All mortgage loan originators are bonus eligible. NO DRAWS!
• Very aggressive commission splits.
• New Associate Bonus Program
• Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller/Servicer. We also carry a stable of investors from all tiers so we can offer almost all products in the market.
• Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Manufactured Homes, Stated Income Products for Self-Employed Borrowers (NON-QM), USDA and more!
• Direct Lender so all processing, underwriting and funding are done in-house
• Company-paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state/NMLS renewals.
• Heavy ratio of processing to sales; allows our Loan Officers to focus on selling, not processing!

NMLS licensed and a strong desire to succeed in a commission driven sales environment, we would like to speak to you!

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage loan officer/retail mortgage banking experience
• Exceptional phone sales skills
• Must already be NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
• Must be licensed in a minimum of three (3) states listed below (Preferably 5+)
• AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, MD, NJ, PA, TX, VA, WA

MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!
