In the role of ERP Finance Leader you ll play a pivotal part on our Finance team. Safran, a leading global industrial company, is currently seeking a ERP M3 Finance Leader to join our team in Costa Mesa, California.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role within the Digi Up project in the deployment of our new ERP system, M3-CE.

• Lead the deployment and enhancement of Infor M3 finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of the M3 related project expenses.
• Partner with IT, operations, and business units to ensure ERP solutions meet evolving financial needs with each new deployment of M3.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the relationship with the auditors during the migration review.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial workflows using ERP capabilities, prioritizing standard functionalities, and promoting a M3 Finance Core Model.
• Provide guidance and oversee training to finance teams on M3 functionality and best practices.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s or Master s in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
• Experience:
  
  7–12+ years in finance leadership and ERP systems (preferably Infor M3)
• Deep knowledge of M3 finance modules and configuration; data analytics, project management tools, financial modeling
• Financial analysis/forecasting; strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving
