The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics, Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products to support missions. They collaborate with customers to understand problem sets and shape Anduril offerings with engineering teams to fit mission needs. They navigate organizational hurdles, are responsible for customer and mission success, and influence the direction of Anduril.

Command & Control is a business line focused on building a next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture that orchestrates and automates third-party sensors and strike networks for synchronized joint operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable capabilities on operational timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD and IC.

Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance. Maintain engagement with customers to improve user experience and operations, and address issues with product teams as needed.

Articulate Anduril’s value proposition from executive to end user to position the company for the future.

Shape our products to meet mission needs. Work with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer to Anduril engineers to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges.
