Orange Coast College (OCC) is seeking equity-minded individuals for a classified employee role as a Student Services Program Coordinator under the Student Services Wing, as part of the Counseling Division.

The Department:
Orange Coast College’s Guardian Scholars Program supports current or former foster youth/wards of the court and/or Juvenile Justice Systems, as well as similar barriers. The program provides academic advising, resources, referrals, and events to help students transfer or pursue vocations. The Student Services Program Coordinator for Guardian Scholars is part of the EOPS/CARE/CalWORKs/Umoja team and coordinates support activities, planning, budgeting, and reporting to the division, college district, and state entities.
The coordinator collaborates with other departments and serves as liaison with community organizations supporting this population.
