We’re looking for aforward-thinking, business-mindedphysician to provideclinical oversight and operational leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO and founder, along with the rest of the Chiefs to ensure the organization excels and remains a top practice inOrange County.

You’ll have a voice in the direction of the organization and be a key-player in maintaining the warm, family-oriented culture within all clinic locations.

• Support and Manage Providers (productivity)
• Potential for 1 Clinical day per Month (the rest admin)
• Housed at 1 location but willing to travel to different clinics

Requirements:

• BC in Psychiatry
• CA Medical License
• Psychiatric Leadership experience
• Experience with growth in a multi-specialty group
• Knowledge of Outpatient Mental Health Treatment
• Experience with children/adolescents OR adult population
