Customer Service

Consumer Relations Representative - Looking for Someone who is well versed in Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Will be responsible for resolving consumer complaints and coordinating consumer and dealer interactions through the extensive use of telephone and e-mail. The position is responsible for department reports, technical service training and works on projects to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Possess strong customer service abilities with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Familiar with companies' product lines
Great interpersonal/customer relations skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and ever-changing work environment
Excellent time management, prioritizing and organization skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook and Excel
