- Strong experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, general ledger management, and core accounting operations.
- Ability to lead and execute the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in financial work; able to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and strengthen internal controls.
- Experience coordinating payroll‑related accounting entries and collaborating with HR or payroll partners.
- Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting systems; proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or integrated platforms a plus.
- Minimum of five (5)+ years of hands‑on accounting or senior bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or service‑based businesses strongly preferred.
- Experience with Quickbooks highly preferred but not required.
- High integrity, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
$75,000 – $85,000
, based on experience. Full‑Time, Salary/Exempt.
