• Operate directional bore equipment for underground utility construction
• Assist Foreman and Supervisors with all site duties as needed
• Operate trenchers, plows, backhoes, and bobcats safely and efficiently
• Use tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when required
• Work alongside crews in the field to complete construction tasks

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Meet all DOT requirements, including physical and drug testing
• Previous experience with underground utility installations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and instructions
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teammates

• 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40 per week
