Maintenance Technician / Industrial Electrician - Night Shift

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM | 4O10s (Training on 1st shift)

Wabtec is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support industrial manufacturing operations by performing electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment. This role focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, motors, drives, and 480V systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (3-phase)
• Diagnose and repair motors, VFDs, drives, and control systems
• Install, wire, and maintain conduit, lighting, and electrical infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform electrical installations for new equipment and machine moves
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, and general facility electrical systems
• Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures
• Use PPE and report safety hazards immediately

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Electrician, or Electrical Maintenance Technician
• Strong working knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor drives, and conduit installation
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background required
• Electrical schooling, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Melting, molding, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with machine installations and equipment upgrades

• $32.00 - $35.00/hour
