We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of part-time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers. In this role, you will meet the merchandising needs of our customers by building strong relationships, stocking store shelves, and changing out displays. Represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit as you become an ambassador for our delicious snacks!

• Engage with in-store employees and collaborate closely with sales representatives to maximize visibility of Mondel z products on the shelves and set up promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondel z's DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Utilize an iPad tablet to order products for shelves and displays, ensuring they remain in stock.
• Ensure top brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well-stocked and aligned with Mondel z guidelines.
• Follow up on plans negotiated by Sales Representatives with store managers and communicate any issues with the Mondel z management team.
• Adhere to a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, create seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondel z in-store.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• We seek individuals who exhibit a positive, professional attitude, are self-motivated, and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This involves moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• You should reside within 25 miles of Denver, NC.
• Available to work on:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience, plus benefits including a 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), strong career advancement opportunities, and a Health and Well-Being Program.
