Restaurant General Manager

Overview

Calling all fast-paced, food-loving leaders! The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for the people, business, and overall operations of the restaurant. RGMs build and inspire their team, creating an environment where employees love to work, and Customers love to visit.

• Lead the restaurant’s daily operations to achieve quality service, safety, and financial performance.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team; foster a work environment where employees love to work and customers want to visit.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback; manage budgets and resources to support operational excellence.
• Implement training and development initiatives; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field.
• Preferred:
  Serv Safe Certification — assistance and education provided if not certified.
• Energetic and excellent communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach; ability to foster teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage operations effectively.
