Maintenance Worker (Part Time) Assisted Living Facility Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Maintenance Worker to join our Assisted Living Facility team. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our residents and facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Perform repairs involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Carry out residential painting and general facility upkeep as needed
• Outdoor / Seasonal work will include lawn care and snow removal
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards
• At least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma / GED or higher level education
• Current Ohio driver license with clean record and able to pass drug screen and criminal background check

• Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Expected hours: 20.0 per week
