• Lead comprehensive safety training programmes, including onboarding, refresher training, driver road testing, and MVR, drug, and background screening
• Develop and implement job-specific safety plans, identifying hazards and deploying appropriate controls, procedures, and equipment
• Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and site safety visits to ensure compliance and operational readiness
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and job-related incidents, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance across active job sites and field operations
• Serve as primary safety representative during OSHA inspections, managing regulatory compliance and documentation

• Extensive experience in construction or safety
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers
• CHST BCSP Certification
• OSHA 510
• First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training
• Emergency Procedures Training
• NFPA 70E and LOTO competency and experience
• Mental Health First Aid Training
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available to work a 6-8 month project

• $45 - $55 per hour ($150 per diem rate)
