Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours may vary depending on weather and projects)

As a Roofing Crew Member, you'll play a key role in our maintenance division, completing residential roofing projects efficiently and safely. You'll work closely with a dedicated crew to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
What You'll Do:
As a Roofing Crew Member, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with residential roof cleanings, tear-offs, repairs, and full installations.
• Carrying, loading, and staging roofing materials and tools effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site throughout each project to ensure safety and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 6 months of construction experience preferred, particularly in roofing.
• The ability to work at heights and perform physical labor throughout the day in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license; experience driving a manual transmission vehicle is a plus (potential for wage increase).
• A strong attention to safety protocols and the ability to report to work on time every day.
