D&A, Inc ishiring a Business Development Manager to grow their property management division.

This is a front‑end growth role focused on securing new property management clients and expanding our portfolio.

D&A, Inc. provides full-service property management throughout Corvallis, Albany, and Philomath. They focus on protecting their clients’ investments, reducing day‑to‑day stress, and helping property owners achieve steady, long‑term returns.

With decades of local expertise and a deep understanding of Oregon’s rental market and compliance requirements, they have built a strong reputation in the community.

They are now looking for a growth‑minded professional to help expand that footprint.

About the Role

This is a high‑impact position responsible for driving new business. You will work both company‑generated and self‑generated opportunities, build relationships with referral sources, contribute to marketing initiatives, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, coachable, and performance‑driven — someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and thrives on measurable results.

Responsibilities Lead Engagement
  • Work company‑generated and self‑generated leads via phone, text, video, and in‑person meetings
  • Secure new management agreements with property owners and investors
Service Presentation
  • Clearly articulate D&A’s value proposition to prospects and referral partners
  • Confidently handle objections and close business
Lead Generation
  • Attend real estate networking events
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents and referral partners
  • Conduct outreach through warm and cold calling
  • Develop and execute social media and visibility strategies
  • Deliver public presentations when appropriate
  • Create self‑facing video content for social media and post regularly
Client Meetings
  • Host in‑person, phone, or video consultations with goal of signing on clients for property management services
  • Provide rental market evaluations and investment guidance
Relationship Building
  • Actively build and maintain a strong local referral network
CRM & Accountability
  • Use CRM daily to track pipeline, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics
  • Participate fully in provided Business Development training and implement strategies consistently
  • Communicate clearly with the Property Management team to ensure seamless onboarding
Marketing Contribution
  • Collaborate on marketing materials and videos
  • Maintain consistent social media presence
  • Support client loyalty and retention initiatives
Representation
  • Serve as a professional representative of D&A at Real Estate networking events and industry functions
Qualifications
  • Active Oregon Real Estate License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business through outreach and relationship‑building
  • Experience conducting in‑person meetings and closing opportunities
  • Strong follow‑up and pipeline management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to create professional self‑facing video content
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, client‑facing presence

This role is best suited for a motivated professional who is comfortable with accountability, activity targets, and performance‑based growth.

Compensation On-Target Earnings

Average Performers: $100,000–$125,000 annually

Top Performers: $125,000 - $150,00+

Income is directly tied to performance and business generated.

Work Location
