On-Site Resident Manager

We are seeking a reliable and responsible On-Site Resident Manager to provide part‑time, on‑site support for a residential property. This is a housing‑inclusive role with no set weekly hours and responsibilities are coordinated with office management as needed.

This position does not include monetary wages or salary. Compensation is provided exclusively through housing and covered utilities.

• Conduct move‑in and move‑out inspections
• Manage the property key box, lockbox, and rent drop box
• Assist with basic maintenance or property‑related tasks
• Serve as a point of contact between residents and property management
• Show available units to prospective tenants

• On‑site residency
• Utilities included (electricity, water, sewer, garbage, recycling)

• Reliable and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in an on‑site environment
• Comfortable interacting with residents and vendors
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to assist with basic maintenance or property‑related tasks

A willingness to learn and a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach are valued.

This role is intended for current Oregon residents, as the position requires on‑site presence at a residential property in Oregon.
