Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000 DOE The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older Acceptable driving record

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience CMMS experience Able to lift 35lbs+ by hand, as well as lift and move 160lbs+ using assistive devices such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
