JOB SUMMARYThe job of the Custodial Service Worker was established for the purpose of providing custodial, maintenance and light landscaping services at assigned site(s); ensuring a professional, sanitary and safe environment for Benton County facilities and performing a variety of special cleaning, maintenance and landscaping operations. for a complete list of the duties, responsibilities and physical requirements of this position.

Annual salary range of:
- $38,604 - $52,648
- This position is eligible for up to two salary raises within your first year. Increases may be given at the end of the 6‑month probationary period, depending on starting salary, and at the 1‑year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

- High School diploma or GED; AND
- 2 years of custodial or grounds maintenance experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Have current Hepatitis series vaccinations or be willing to receive series upon hire.
- Have training on blood borne pathogens.
- Applicant must submit to and pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain common maintenance and custodial equipment.
