This Position is responsible for management of total hotel operations. The general manager directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as engineering, operations or sales, or a major division of the business organization and aids chief administrative officers in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
• Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
• Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest‑focused mentality

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year
