• Serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers to supply to guests.
• Act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed.
• Represent the Restaurant and Hotel in maintaining existing business relationships and coordinate with all hotel departments for groups, events, and hotel food and beverage service in all outlets.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one.
• State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
