Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program:
Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program:
Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services.

Additional Details:

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee:
The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.

Preferred Skills/Experience: One (1) year experience or training in a Cath Lab/Angio hospital setting preferred.

Required Credentials: Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.

Shift & Scheduling: occasional weekends. xrlwcon Holiday coverage required.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
