Our Residential Program Specialists are Direct Support Professionals who extend support, supervision, role-modeling, and behavioral management to youth and adults who experience Intellectual/Developmental disabilities and significant behavioral/mental health issues. In addition to the overarching responsibility of helping people build a fulfilling life, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: fostering community access and unpaid relationships, social and daily living skill building with the goal of achieving maximum independence, medication management, behavior management, to include physical interventions designed to maintain safety for the person and others, and thorough, accurate data collection and documentation.

All hours worked on the weekend are paid at time and a half! That means all weekend wages start at $26.63 - $27.38/hr!
Schedules (10-12 hour shifts):
- Sun - Tue
- Sun - Wed
- Wed - Sat
- Thu - Sat
Graveyard Schedules (10-12 hour shifts):
- Sat - Mon
- Sat - Tue
- Tue - Fri
- Wed - Fri
- Paid training.
