Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a hybrid in-person/telehealth Outpatient Therapist to join us in picturesque Albany, OR (PSLF-Eligible).
Join a growing team at the Samaritan Inter Community Health Network Clinic, where you will be embedded at a growing primary care clinic that values warm hand offs, collaborative workplace camaraderie, and eventual formation of enriching community integration! (Group therapies, food pantries, health education, and more.)
Providers and their families will appreciate the abundant outdoor beauty found around the friendly community of Albany, as well as proximity to the pristine Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains for snow sports, vibrant Willamette Valley wine country, and Portland, Oregon’s largest city - all within two hours! Schedule:
Mix of telehealth and in-person visits with a case load minimum of 25 patient contact hours per week, usually 60-minute appointments - Phenomenal Comp & Benefits:

Job Requirements
- Currently licensed/license eligible Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical/Counseling Psychologist in Oregon and must meet credentialing standards.
- Background or interest in CPT, DBT, group work, addictions, FQHC’s or integrated behavioral health is a plus.
