Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Real Estate Loan Processor II to join our Mortgage Lending team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely processing of real estate and business loans, while delivering exceptional service to members and internal partners.
What You Will Need To Be Successful- Loan Processing & Compliance
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of mortgage loan processing and servicing; ability to review and reconcile loan data, general ledger entries, and investor reports; strong understanding of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. - Member Service & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, educating, and providing tailored solutions; strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Technical & Problem‑Solving
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and real estate software; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities. - Experience &
Education:
Minimum two years in real estate financial services required; one year as a processor or servicer preferred; experience with secondary market or external investors preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent.
