Job Description

We offer Psychiatrists a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, a yearly incentive bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with 4% match, CME allowance, paid paternity leave, and malpractice insurance.

• Competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential
• Compensation range: $400,000 to $460,000 for full‑time positions (part‑time available)
• Flexible work schedules; 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekend shifts
• Part‑time (16+ hours) and full‑time (30+ hours) options available
• Strong work/life balance with a hybrid office/home model

• Corvallis, OR (locations throughout the area to reduce commuting)
• Monday – Friday with optional weekend availability
• Hybrid schedule between office and home to accommodate personal needs

As a psychiatrist on our clinical team, you will

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy to adult or child & adolescent patients across the lifespan
• Treat patients in the way you prefer, including the option to do as much or as little psychotherapy as you like
• Create your caseload and number of patients you would like to see
• Work exclusively in outpatient settings with no nights or weekend hospital calls

• Fully licensed in Oregon; board elected (BE) or board certified (BC) in psychiatry
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experienced in medication management and psychotherapy
• Experienced with adults and/or children & adolescents across the lifespan
• Preferably reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
