This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Corvallis, OR. The Project Manager will oversee a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project efficiency, safety, and alignment with client goals.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to lead and coordinate construction projects effectively.
- Strong logistics management and expediting experience, ensuring timely delivery of resources and materials.
- Inspection and expeditor skills to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing construction projects in educational, commercial, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and executing construction projects using collaborative team approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required depending on experience.
