Business Process Specialist, Private Client Services

• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
• Define requirements and redesign business processes while utilizing agency management systems and reporting tools
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables to enhance service quality
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to improve operational efficiency

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience in a client‑facing servicing and/or business process role with agency management systems like Applied Epic

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Background in creating and maintaining procedure documentation
