Job Summary

This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Project Coordinator position for the Memorial Union at Oregon State University ( OSU ). The Memorial Union (MU) serves as the student union on the Corvallis campus. The Project Coordinator plays a key support role within the MU Building Services Team in the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance operations and facility project activities. This position reports to the Building Manager. This position ensures the smooth flow of work orders, effective communication among stakeholders, and timely completion of tasks. The role also supports the Capital Construction Project Manager by coordinating administrative steps, facilitating communication, and tracking progress across multiple projects and work orders.
