Overview
Seeking a compassionate Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or licensed therapist to provide outpatient individual and group therapy at our Cortez location, supporting behavioral health and Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) services.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT)
- Provide psychoeducation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Support program development
- Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, CAS)
- Preferred CAS certification
- Experience in SUD treatment
- Commitment to harm reduction and trauma-informed care
- In-person role with telehealth options
- Salary range: $50,000-$72,000
- Bonuses and benefits like health insurance, paid time off, 401(K), and student loan repayment eligibility
- Sign-on bonus: $500 paid after 90 days of employment
