As a licensed optician, you will be the front‑line face of Lens Crafters, delivering exceptional customer service and high‑quality eyewear while upholding the brand’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

• Welcome and set expectations with every customer
• Custom‑fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses
• Act as a leader in optical acumen while sharing knowledge with the team
• Take and record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology efficiently under time pressure with exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools
• Proactively identify and resolve root causes, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time among competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, attractiveness, and organization
• Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Show resourcefulness and self‑motivation while pursuing continuous improvement and results
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer‑service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Openness to new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience

Pay Range: $25.69 – $38.27 per hour. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission plan.
