Are you an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for luxury automobiles and a talent for developing people? Marin Acura, a family‑owned and operated dealership since 1986, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a professional who is not only driven to achieve results but is also deeply committed to mentoring and inspiring a high‑performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Inspire:
    Provide continuous support, motivation, and professional development of our sales associates.
  • Drive Excellence:
    Guide the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals while upholding our high standards for customer satisfaction and service.
  • Strategic Oversight:
    Manage daily sales activities, monitor market trends, and implement innovative strategies to ensure our continued success.
  • Team Development:
    Provide day‑to‑day guidance and mentorship, conduct strategic sales meetings, and actively work to recognize and promote high performance.
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee lead control, pricing, safety, and customer satisfaction; identify problem areas and direct corrective actions.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and contribute to the dealership's strategic goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of related experience in an automotive sales management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as Reynolds, Dealer Track, and Dealer Socket CRM; strong communication skills.
  • Licensing: A valid driver’s license and sales license are required.
