Annual Bonus

• Partner with internal teams to produce in‑house construction budgets and forecasts
• Create, maintain, and analyze project cost reports for multiple active developments
• Deliver consistent and timely financial reporting on project performance
• Collaborate closely with Finance to align construction reporting with corporate financial goals
• Review and validate change orders and cost impacts on projects under construction
• Support strategic decision‑making through accurate cost modeling and risk assessment

• Deep experience in construction finance, estimating, and cost controls
