• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand existing business by proactively building relationships with current customers to meet agreed‑upon production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated professional seeking advancement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
