The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including:

• Cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Customer relations and service quality.
• Staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
• Performance of marketing, profitability, and operational tasks.

• Strict adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Experience in retail or food service operations with inventory and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lb, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capacity to manage a busy, fast‑paced environment and make sound decisions.

• Standing or walking for extended periods.
• Driving deliveries and navigating multiple flights of stairs.
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lb) and carrying (up to 30 lb).
• Use of hands, coordination, and forceful activity for pizza assembly and equipment handling.
