Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a PACU RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active TX or compact RN license for a day shift assignment.

• Work in the Recovery Unit - Day Surgery setting
• Position involves post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
• Day shift schedule from 06:30 to 15:30
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles are not eligible for this assignment
• RTO requests must be kept to less than 1 week

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent PACU experience
• Driver’s license must be active
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
