Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Provide direct care and delegate/supervise nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty.

Position supervisory responsibilities: Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• Two (2) years of dialysis experience, or one (1) year of Critical Care experience, or one (1) year of dialysis experience and two (2) years in Medical/Surgical.
• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

• Current, valid RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA preferred; required by some clients).
• Other certifications may be required: CDN, CNN, CHN, CPDN.
