Travel RN – ICU | Carlsbad, New Mexico — 13-Week Contract

Location:

Carlsbad, New Mexico
Setting:
Critical Access Hospital – ICU
Assignment: 13 weeks, Nights 6:30pm - 6:30am, Floating required

Hours:

40 hours per week
Status:
Start ASAP

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary staff
• Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Support patients and families through education and advocacy
• Maintain documentation in accordance with hospital and state standards

• Active New Mexico RN license (or compact, if applicable)
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Experience with vents, titratable drips, mixing medications, patient hygiene preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multi-patient management, and emergency response skills
