Currently in search of a User Experience Consultant to join a leading consultancy operating across key phases of their UCD methodology being the primary advocate for the end-user applying your strong understanding of UX best practice.
What you’ll do as a UX Consultant:- Work as a UX practitioner within a team of UX consultants occasionally taking on a lead UX role, own specific work areas and coach others when needed
- Lead the client engagement for specific areas of work concerning UX
- Review and prioritise user requirements, often across complex, diverse audience types, cross referenced with business-critical objectives and goals
- Plan and facilitate effective workshops
- Strong knowledge of UX methodologies
- Extensive experience within Government Digital Services
- Ability to demonstrate working within UCD environments across MCD teams
