IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | CAPACITY MANAGER | UNTIL 30/06/2026 | £614/DAY (INSIDE IR35) | ON-SITE | CORSHAM
We're seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to join a high-security defense project. This role is Full time on-site in Corsham (initially 5 days/week, then potentially 3 days/week after 3 months). You'll be responsible for ensuring VMware-based infrastructure capacity meets current and future business needs in a cost-effective, reliable, and scalable way.
Key Requirements:- Active DV clearance (sole British national, transferable, meets NSV criteria).
- Strong experience in ITIL Capacity Management across VMware environments.
- Skilled in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like vRealize Operations or similar.
- Background in Defence sector and ITIL 4 practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VCF/VxRail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
