An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a leading consultancy working on a high-profile project within the public sector. This role requires a background ideally working on Identity projects.
As a Delivery Manager, you will:- Lead and manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support Agile methodologies and ensure the team adheres to best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the public sector or similar environments.
- Experience working on identity projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
