The key responsibilities for this role are to provide operational, administrative, and governance support to the Nurse Management function, enabling Nurse Managers to focus their time on clinical leadership, field nurse management, recruitment, HR/ER matters, service development, and business growth. The postholder acts as the central coordination point for compliance, workforce tracking, scheduling adherence, training oversight, and incident/complaint administration, ensuring high standards of governance and timely follow-up across the nursing workforce.

This is a non-clinical role with close working relationships across Nursing, HR, Quality, Operations, and Training.

• Annual salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
