Job description

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Operator to work as an intricate part of our Paint team. As a Powder Coating Operator, you will apply powder coatings to various metal surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques.

• Perform industrial powder coat painting processes on production materials in accordance with quality standards.
• Provide a high-quality finish with both automatic and hand spray guns.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to maintain quality production standards.
• Comply with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment in a safe and competent manner.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
• Some heavy lifting is required.
• Other duties as required.

• Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with painting/powder coat tools and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Basic math skills.

• High School or Equivalent
